00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:20.473
“In my sleep I dream of cicadas and the snapping claws of angry crabs.

00:00:20.473 --> 00:00:36.267
This infestation is 1,000 strong. I’d cover my ears...

00:00:36.267 --> 00:00:57.617
not for the sound but for the fear of eggs being laid in my skull.”
-Andy

00:00:57.617 --> 00:01:24.817
An almost steady dull metrononomic pulse leads a band of clicking claws and snapping tongues.

00:01:24.817 --> 00:01:42.658
20,000 square feet of darkness quickly fills with the swarm.

00:01:42.658 --> 00:01:54.649
From every direction the sounds approach.

00:01:54.649 --> 00:02:08.688
Soon they will be in your ears, maybe literally…

00:02:08.688 --> 00:02:23.896
In orchestrated shifts the sounds circle as a whole.

00:02:23.896 --> 00:02:41.152
In the back they grow bored but up front they try to hurt.

00:02:41.152 --> 00:02:54.606
An assumed human body knocks around upstairs.

00:02:54.606 --> 00:03:02.503
Sudden thumps on the floor.

00:03:02.503 --> 00:03:25.608
The upstairs neighbor has awakened and the claws quiet down and casually leave.
